There is a new upstream version out (0.12 stable) + the debian/watch file is - and was wrong all the time.
Also some lintian errors need to be revised - hence my question: are you still actively interested in
the maintainership of the package? If you leak time, I'd be glad to help out as Co-Maintainer!
