Bug#819521: phpmyadmin: dependency problems with php-gettext and php-mysql

Dear Maintainer,

I encountered two problems installing phpmyadmin on a new system.

After install, web application gave error 500, with logged message:

[Tue Mar 29 19:23:26.595905 2016] [:error] [pid 16189] [client ::1:33050] PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/usr/share/php/php-gettext/gettext.inc' (include_path='.') in /usr/share/phpmyadmin/libraries/select_lang.lib.php on line 477

==> Fixed by: sudo apt-get install php-gettext

After that fix, web application ran but displayed error screen:

phpMyAdmin - Error
The mysqli|mysql extension is missing. Please check your PHP configuration. See our documentation for more information.

==> Fixed by: sudo apt-get purge php7.0-mysql ; sudo apt-get install php5-mysql

Now my phpmyadmin installation is working.
