upgrading to bookworm, before it was fine.

* What was the outcome of this action?
the message:

same here. After manual download of the file, ipmitool works:
| cd /usr/share/misc
| wget https://www.iana.org/assignments/enterprise-numbers.txt
This seems to be fixed in 1.8.19-5 which will hopefully land in
bookworm's first point release.
