Dear Maintainer,

I installed Debian on a Dell XPS 17 9720:

The audio output works, but there are a number of problems:

* Headphone plug detection does not work at all.
* No audio input is detected.
* The audio crashes after a couple of days.

This bug goes through some of the development efforts to fix this:

One thing they said there is that all CS35L41 modules need to be
enabled. This is the recommended set:

The sound works with Ubuntu 22.04. This laptop family (Dell XPS) is listed as
supported by Ubuntu on their site. It is the same hardware as the Dell XPS 13 Plus:

The Ubuntu/jammy 22.04 kernel includes this same list of modules as listed in

So testing it in Debian would not be easy for me until its shipped in a signed
