Starting chronyc on the same host as chronyd fails to connect to the
server saying:
chronyc> tracking
506 Cannot talk to daemon
In /var/log/syslog the server says:
Dec 31 23:34:13 frosties chronyd[13370]: Command packet received from unauthorised host 192.168.2.2 port 57283
This used to just work.

The version in Squeeze and Sid is 1.24-3+b1, which works fine here on
amd64. The version in Lenny is 1.23-6+lenny1.
