Bug#1049401: yt-dlp returns 403 when downloading a video from youtube on bookworm. Version from backports work correctly

Python version: Python 3.11.2




yt-dlp https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PNXElmEUIJo
	yields ERROR: unable to download video data: HTTP Error 403: Forbidden for some videos (not all)
		https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aqz-KE-bpKQ works while the above does not.

Replacing yt-dlp from stable with the version from backports-bookworm fixes the problem.
