New in 2022.20220722-1:
/usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/tex/latex/base/doc.sty: \RequirePackage{hypdoc}

This is a problem due to:
texlive-latex-base: /usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/tex/latex/base/doc.sty
texlive-latex-extra: /usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/tex/latex/hypdoc/hypdoc.sty
