Reassigning.
The upstream repo links needs to be updated to
http://git.tremily.us/?p=igor.git but the project is dead since 2016
anyway.
The fix needs to follow https://numpy.org/devdocs/release/1.20.0-notes.html#using-the-aliases-of-builtin-types-like-np-int-is-deprecated

There seems to have been bad timing between the last upload of
python-igor, and the build test on navarp, which has been done
against the previous python-igor package version 0.3-3. I don't
reproduce the ftbfs bug affecting navarp; actually it seems to
have been fixed by Bastian's patch addressing errors related to
the new numpy version.
I believe this bug can be closed.
