Bug#1010717: Spamassassin config causes errors on ubuntu 22.04

When running AIDE on Ubuntu 22.04 with spamassassin installed I get this error:

ERROR: /etc/aide/aide.conf.d/21_aide_spamassassin: execution failed (exit status: 1)

It looks like it’s caused by changes in 21_aide_spamassassin introduced late 2021.

I’ve submitted a PR to fix.

I am not sure if this bug should be against aide-common and not against spamassasin package, but it seems
that expressions in "21_aide_spamassassin" file cannot deal with non - numbers version e.g.
4.0.0~rc3-1

Both files are needed.

Other people affected by this issue are advised to use those files
pulled from salsa. They're conffiles and handled by ucf, so updating the
package to a later version that will have this fix should go without
trouble.
