Bug#1029381: build-deps on wayland-server and wayland-protocol need update

Package: wlroots
Version: 0.16.1-1

I'm trying to backport wlroots and it fails with:

After backporting wayland 1.21.0-1, I get:

> Dependency wayland-protocols found: NO found 1.25 but need: '>=1.27'

After backporting wayland-protocols 1.31-1, wlroot compiles.

So you need to increase the build-deps on:
* wayland-server
* wayland-protocols
