Subject: Mutt should be lax with removed directories
Reply-To: jo...@infodrom.north.de (Martin Schulze)
Package: mutt
Version: 1.0.0-2
Problem:
. Attachements to send
. type 'a' (attach-menu), type 'c' (change-dir), enter a directory
. attach something [though optional]
. remove the dir changed into
. try to enter the attach menu again, Mutt will complain due to a
non-existing directory
So what? Mutt should default to either "~/Mail/" then or try to wade
one directory up.
System Information:
Linux finlandia 2.0.36 #12 Tue Jan 26 22:09:07 MET 1999 i686 unknown
Versions of packages mutt depends on:
libc6 2.1.2-11
slang1 1.3.9-1
mail-transport- <none>
ldso 1.9.11-5

Joey

It *does* default to ~/Mail/, you just changed the default browser
directory.
The program should not try to change it behind user's back.
