Subject: debhelper: pass package name to scripts

It would be nice if you could pass the package name to the dh_* scripts. You
probably can already be using \$(PACKAGE), but it would be nice to have this
documented and working. I'm thinking of something like:
dh_installdirs -a 'usr/doc/lg/issue$(PACKAGE)'
I'm not sure if this is useful enough to warrant being done or not as I
can't really think of many uses at all :-)
Thanks
