[STRATEGY] applying the patch in this report to forthcoming 3.3.6-4 release

Downgrading. This bug is not a lot of fun but it doesn't make the package
unfit for release. Besides, how are we supposed to debug yet another
Netscape problem?

Closing. Should have been closed on Dec. 13th. Upstream says it was a
problem with color expansion that has been fixed (see bug report).

[HELP] An strace is provided, but what I probably should have asked for was
a backtrace. If the problem still exists in 3.3.6, I'll see if I can get
the submitter an unstripped server binary. It also would be nice if
someone else can reproduce this. I need to ask for leniency on this one;
it is an upstream problem and X server bugs of this sort are only fixable
by a few people in the world. :)

[HELP] Pretty much a ditto for my remarks on 47741.

Downgrading. The bug submitter didn't bother to get back to me, and if the
problem was as pandemic as his bug report implies, my mailbox would have
long since exploded.
