The Project Secretary's term is set to expire on 2024-02-21.
Per constitution Section 7.2, I am pleased to re-appoint Kurt Roeckx as
Project Secretary for another year, until midnight UTC on 2025-02-21.
Thanks to Kurt for volunteering another year.
