One possibility is did 'they' somehow break the ide-scsi emulation in the
update to 2.2.x? I'm running 2.2.2 now and used to run 2.0.33 and it
worked fine. After upgrading from 2.0.33 it slowly degraded. Could my
problem be a kernel problem cause I can write small images but not the
large ones :/ Could the device be timing out along the way?
Since I'm not a programming expert and definitely not an expert in the
kernel itself but could the problem lie here instead of the software or
can it possibly be that the software nolonger is compatible with the
current kernel. Either the mkisofs or the cdrecord?
