Hello,
I have been having a problem with the Gnome desktop that i cant figure out.
I just updated my system to Mandrake 9.0 from 8.1 abt 2 week's ago and
since i am unable to go into the Gnome desktop. I get as far as the splash
screen showing what is running at the startup for Gnome but then it stop's
at the splash screen. I am unable to "alt+f4" nor anything else to get it
running. I end up going to tty1 and ending the process to end the program.
It really has me stumped so any help would be greatly appreciated. Tnx, don

Try linux.debian.user. This group deals with ISP issues, not end-user.
