GSOC 2019. Gatekeeper Project

Hello, I am Salman Siddiqui and I am a CSE Student. I want to Participate in GSOC 2019 and I want to work on Gatekeeper Project. I really liked the project, I am experienced in C, C++, Python and Javascript. I am really looking to work on this project. Please guide me to participate in this project.

We are still writing up the projects for GSoC 2019, and will release the projects in a few days.
