I have just tried Swift - running from CD but I wont be installing it as it cant connect to my wifi - it doesnt even detect any networks mine or the neighbors.
So Far the only distro that works with wifi no problem is Mint 10 -which is why I am still using it. I have tried - CrunchBang and Puppy but no go so i will be sticking with Mint. It is a bit puzzling to me how much time must be spent on what programs to include and the look and feel etc. but in the end if you cant connect to the internet an operating system is no good no matter how fast it is or how it looks.

Will Swift support a wi-fi connection out-of-the-box? I will be using a D-Link DWA 125 USB dongle to connect to my router.
