Problem with Synaptic

Hi, peoples

I'm looking for an alternative to Lubuntu,Xubuntu so I thought I'd give Swiftlinux a go.
I've installed it on an ancient 5Gb drive in a USB caddy and been very impressed so far.

I refreshed the Package information, then tried to install FFMPEG (so I could use Downloadhelper)
These errors came up:

Could this be a temporary problem with the repos, or is it a known problem?
I have no idea what to do next - please make allowances for my "non-techiness".

The problem appears to have "gone away". I haven't made any changes.
