Hey everyone,

I know this group isn't active much but hopefully someone is
listening. I was recently contacted by a fellow working on a new
multitouch patch for the Type Cover 3 touchpad, and he needs a few
things before he can finish the patch up and get it merged into the
kernel. He needs a copy of the report descriptor for Type Covers with
the following USB IDs (found via lsusb):

045e:07dd
045e:07e2

If you have one of these Type Covers, would you mind sending me the
report descriptor? It's a binary file, not text, so needs to be
attached and sent. You can find the report descriptor by running:

' find /sys/devices -name report_descriptor'

The command will return a few different locations, so you can either
look at the paths and determine which one matches your Type Cover USB
ID or send all of them to me. Please mention the USB ID of your Type
Cover as well.

Thanks for any help!

My cover doesn't match the IDs, but glad to see the work continue!

Hi Donovan

For the Microsoft Fingerprint keyboard I get 045e:07e4

I'm trying my hand at my own patch changes for it now.
