Accessing serial ports on Orange Pi Lite.

I am running Armbian with the kernel below (uname -a) on an orangepi-lite. 

Linux opilite 4.9.0-sun8i #2 SMP Mon Nov 21 13:06:05 EST 2016 armv7l GNU/Linux

I did  a quick decompile of the dts - and it appears only uart0/serial0 is enabled in the dts. 

Is that correct ?

If I need to get another uart working  I am presuming I have to enable it in the dts ?

rebuild the dts and stuff it into /boot ?

You are right, you have to enable additional uarts in the dts.
