hi everyone
i have some problem to use multilayer pcb for my design.
i found ddr1 package is not bga and allwinner a13 package is lqfp.
so we could route trace in 2-layer pcb easily if core support ddr1 memory chip.
anybody could tell me is it possible or not?
tnx alot.

Well, you can check the A13 datasheet and it says "Support DDR2 SDRAM
and DDR3 SDRAM up to 533MHz". So DDR1 is not in the list. But you can
send your query to Allwinner and maybe they can help.

Even DDR2 is currently not supported in the mainline U-Boot on A13.
Simply because we never had any such hardware to actually test the
code. Also my understanding is that DDR3 is currently the cheapest
memory that you can get anyway, so it is economically unreasonable
to design boards with anything older.
