Banana Pi BPI-M2 Berry - Preparing an SD card

I've recently bought a Banana PI M2 Berry and I'm currently trying to set it up with a Ubuntu Server but it seems like I am preparing the SD card in a wrong way as the Pi never outputs any HDMI signal whatsoever.

I've tried using images from here and I'm using Win32 Disk Imager to prepare the SD card.

Am I doing something wrong?

that is the m2ultra/berry folder (Allwinner R40/V40) the link that you posted is m64 (Allwinner A64)
