Hi all,

I've used Rockchip SD Firmware Tool v.143 on Windows to make a bootable microSD-Card with SDBoot v2.16.bin to upgrade with a update.img, after all this failed cause I needed to use SDBoot v1.17 only for the device Prospero X1, but I already bricked it with SDBoot v2.16, cause android keeps hanging at bootup logo.

What are the instructions for linux to restore the bootloader on the android device?

Same here. The unit no longer gets passed the Black Arrow logo boot screen. I have no idea what happened, at one point it decided to stop booting. Is there any way I can restore this to factory defaults?

Try to upgrade via the otg port, if you can boot into android
animation, probably adb service is running. You can switch device to
loader mode by the flashing tool and then upgrade the update.img.
