rockchip (rk-3288) yocto building issue

Hi all,

          I am following rockchip  rk-3288 yocto guide  as per the document i followed steps

 Build environment packages :     

 sudo apt-get install gawk wget git-core diffstat unzip texinfo build-essential chrpath socat cpio python python3 pip3 pexpect libsdl1.2-dev xterm make xsltproc docbook-utils fop dblatex xmlto python-git pv

        1.mkdir rk-yocto-bsp 
        2.cd rk-yocto-bsp
        3.repo init -u https://github.com/rockchip-linux/manifests -b yocto   (sdk purpose)
        4.repo sync
        5.mkdir <build_dir>  (TEST)
        6.MACHINE=<MACHINE> DISTRO=<DISTRO> . ./setup-environment -b <build_dir>

   followed same as 6 th step i am giving (MACHINE=tinker-rk3288 DISTRO=rk-11 . ./setup-environment -b TEST)
 applied this command.

 But i am getting error -" No recipes available)
 rk-yocto-bsp/sources/meta-rockchip/recipes-bsp/u-boot/u-boot-mkimage_%.bbappend error.

 so i didn't get idea how to resolve this issue .can anybody knows please update me i will resolve this isssue.
