Bluetooth, Trackpad, and Keyboard Backports for 3.19

Hey everyone,

I've made some significant progress since I last posted.

Patched DKMS drivers for Bluetooth, the Trackpad, and the Apple Keyboard have been made available here:

Debian packages are available on each project's respective releases page. I'm only testing on the linux-image-generic-lts-vivid kernel series, hence the 3.19 in the repository names. 

There might be some hacks that will get suspend working properly that I'm going to try to get backported to 3.19. We'll see, I'll first have to see that they actually work.
