Hello,

I arm running Gentoo (kernel 4.9.0-gentoo) on a MacBookPro 12,1 - and for day to day use it is great.
From a cold boot or reboot from OSX I get a long delay (20-30s) between chime and the refind menu appearing.
When it does come the keyboard is very unresponsive & I have to press and wait several seconds to see it move.
But rebooting from linux it all works as expected.

In neither scenario does the SD card reader work (nor is it even detected in lsusb)

Does anyone else have these issues or is it just me!   I'm sure when I first got the machine this didn't happen,  but i don't want to roll back to an older kernel because then suspend will be broken again.
