Initial horrible version of DeviceTree generation for LiteX

It is horrible, but might work. Just give the csr2dt.py script the csr.csv file found in the test directory of your build. It's a stand alone thing so that you can generate it from the prebuilt repo stuff.

Need to integrate it into the 'build-linux' script and/or the build process -> https://github.com/mithro/HDMI2USB-litex-firmware/blob/litex-linux/scripts/build-linux.sh

Joel - I need the correct DeviceTree fragments for doing the Ethernet....
