List for discussing running Linux on LiteX / MiSoC.

Currently we have a hacked up version of the or1k port (https://github.com/timvideos/linux-litex) running on our hacked up version of QEmu (https://github.com/timvideos/qemu-litex) booting all the way to user space!

We want LiteX to automatically generate device tree for the SoC and then boot an upstream kernel and have full set of functionality. Once this is working, we will investigate replacing the HDMI2USB "bare metal firmware" with an embedded Linux system to provide a larger range of features and make it more accessible to a wider range of developers.
