Title: PeopleSoft HCM Technical Consultant Location: Troy, MI (Remote) Duration: 6 - 12 Months |
Description:
Looking for an HCM Technical resource with at least 10 years of experience on a North American Payroll and Time and Labor modules. This person must have expert knowledge in the technical disciplines. A Functional knowledge of HCM is also beneficial. Please don’t submit applicants unless they truly qualify.
· Good Knowledge in Time and Labor and payroll modules
· Strong technical skills in Application Designer, Page development, Peoplecode, Application Packages, File Layout Component Interface, and Application Engine.
· Experience in creating various external interfaces using App Engine or SQR.
· Experience in creating various batch processes to perform complex business functions.
· Experience in developing/modifying Integration broker services- webservices (WSDL), REST APIs, and SOAP.
· Experience in loading data through excel to CI, Data Mover, …etc.
· Advanced SQL skills to write complex, debug existing queries and experience in using SQL Developer or any equivalent tool.
· Must demonstrate skills to debug various production issues related to SQRs/App Engines/Peoplecode/Page/SQL,…etc.
· Experience in creating various reports using PS/Query, SQR, BI Publisher.
· Track and document changes to functional and technical specifications.
Qualification:
· At least 10 years in PeopleSoft HR, NA Payroll, Time and Labor
· BS or MS/MBA in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent education/training/experience
· Good communication skills are a must. Must be able to explain issues to Business Users.
