ccncneuroimage
교수님 컴퓨터 window 또는 linux로 log in 하기
부팅하자 마자 F12를 누른다.
HDD로 들어가면 Ch 00(window)과 Ch 01 SAMSUNG (linux)이 나온다.

CD를 넣고 화면이 뜨면 Install 선택
media test ‘skip’
정해진 설정대로routine하게 진행
사용자는 ccnc 비밀번호는 15981213으로 설정
소프트웨어 옵션은 ‘Desktop’으로 선택
자동으로 재부팅
CD 다시 넣고 update 실행
♥ 인터넷연결
시스템-기본설정-네트워크연결
System eth0 선택 à ‘변경하기’
‘IPv4 설정’ 탭
방식= 수동
주소= 각 자리 IP 주소. 147.47.228.***
넷마스크= 255.255.255.0
게이트웨이= 147.47.228.1
DNS서버= 147.46.80.1
입력 후 연결
♡ FSL installation
FSL 홈페이지(http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsldownloads/)에서 Personal Information입력
Linux용 fslinstaller.py 다운로드
‘다운로드’디렉토리에 ‘fslinstaller.py’ 파일이 생김
Fslinstaller 파일이 보이는 디렉토리에서 python fslinstaller.py –o 입력
다운로드 완료되면 Fsl~~.tar.gz 파일 생성됨
tar xvzf fsl~~.tar.gz로 압출풀기
fsl폴더 생성됨
su로 접속해(password 15981213) fsl폴더를 /usr/local/로 이동
♡ FSLDIR 설정
vi ~/.bashrc 접속
FSLDIR=/usr/local/fsl
. ${FSLDIR}/etc/fslconf/fsl.sh
PATH=${FSLDIR}/bin:${PATH}
export FSLDIR PATH
입력
vi에서 나와서
source ~/.bashrc
enter 키 누른후 fsl 실행
♡ fslview
♥ MRIcron
은 bin에 설치!
vi ~/.bashrc
alias dcm2nii=”/home/ccnc/bin/mricron/dcm2nii”
하고 나와서(esc :exit)
source ~/.bashrc
which dcm2nii
확인하고
dcm2nii 실행
bin에다
rdesktop
yum install rdesktop
♥ FREESURFER

에 가서 우리 버젼에 맞는 freesurfer 를 다운로드

에 가서 순서대로 실행
tar tzf freesurfer-Linux-<platform>-<release>-full.tar.gz (tar tzf 파일이름)
vi ~/.bashrc

source $FREESURFER_HOME/FreesurferEnv.sh
esc
:exit
source ~/.bashrc
해 주어야 한다.

java 설치하고
matlab_.zip 폴더 다운로드
unzip한 후
root로 로그인해서 ./install (superuser로 로그인 su)
설치프로그램 실행되면 하라는대로
폴더 디렉토리는 /usr/local/MATLAB으로 지정
SPM installation(SU 모드가 아닌 모드에서 실행)
spm8.zip을 Download

setpath는 수동으로 한다.
spm8이 있는 폴더에 직접 가서 setpath 해 준다(아래 subfolder까지 하는 걸로 설정)

unzip the file
vbm folder를
spm8 폴더 안에 toolbox라는 폴더에 넣는다.

MRI 데이터 받는 법
