1. Terminal command patterns

linux 계열 터미널과 osx terminal은 비슷하게 대부분 띄어쓰기를 사이에 끼고

'명령어 옵션 input output'

순서로 입력 받음(없으면 leave it as blank)

eg.

ls -a (명령어 옵션)

cd home(명령어 input)

mv file1 file2(명령어 input output) 

 

 cp file1 file2(명령어 input output)

그러므로

fsl 같은 neuroimaging tool 에서도

same rules apply

fslview dti.nii.gz(명령어 input)

fslstats -V dti.nii.gz(명령어 옵션 input)
