We didn't meet last week, nor will we meet this week due to the holidays.
Instead, we will meet January 7 and January 13. This gives us an
opportunity to compare Thursday and Wednesday actual attendance. The
time will remain 8pm.
After we see the 1/7 and 1/13 turn out, then we can discuss when and
how often to meet. We may decide to toggle days of the week or start
earlier to bring in different audiences (ie Europe or business hours
west coast). Until we try out different time slots, we do not what
works.
Until then, you can post a reply to this thread. Also, if you haven't
voted on a day of the week already, here is your opportunity to do so.

Thanks,
Beth Lynn Eicher
Many thanks, Beth Lynn for the reminder. :-)
Nothing really valuable to add except I hope that everyone is having a
great holiday and will come back ready and raring to tear into LDC
stuff at the beginning of the year.
But right now, I'm not spending a lot of time thinking about FLOSS
stuff and I hope everybody else is taking a similar break. While I
think FLOSS is massively important, it's important to me because what
it can and does enable for our personal and professional lives. And
right now I'm recharging my personal and professional batteries. :-) I
hope y'all are doing the same.
Happy holidays all and best wishes for 2010. I think next year is
going to be awesome, so it's a good idea to be well rested for it. :-D
Best,
Zonker
