I started a new repository for the APFS module at
git://github.com/eafer/linux-apfs-oot.git
Development will continue in the original repo, but this one will support a
wider range of kernel versions, hopefully making it easier to use. Not many
kernels have been tested, but it should work on at least 4.9 to 4.20. Build
instructions are included.
