recommendations for 96khz 24bit USB soundcard, cheap

Hi,

I'm looking for recommendations for a Linux-compatible 96kHz 24bit USB soundcard
that won't break the meager bank.

I am not running EME, so I don't need the very best SNR. Any suggestions appreciated
