two instances of Linrad (networking), The phasing window problem

Yesterday I've tried networking of two instances of Linrad on one computer (loopback). I have noticed that The phasing window doesn't work on a slave Linrad. It is present on the screen, but its buttons are inactive.

Is it deliberately or just a bug?

Could you enroll this problem on a list for next issue of Linrad.

I have noticed this behavior as well.  It is in the code.  If you compile from source, you can easily change the behavior.  You need to edit pol_graph.c

Look for the lines:

"// Assuming the user wants to control hardware we

// allow commands only when data is not over the network.

if( (ui.network_flag&NET_RX_INPUT) == 0)"
