WD6Y- Airspy and Linrad settings

I want to set up:

IC-9700/PTRX-9700/Airspy

to:

Linrad/WSJTx or MAP65, for 23cm station, and I got these setting to respond to:

U - A/D and D/A set up for RX
A - change Input
O - Airspy

0  10,000,000 Hz
1  2,500,000 Hz
select rate:  ?  <===

Enable bias T Y/N): N   (5v DC to output)

A => 9.0 MHz
B => 8.0 MHz
C => 7.0 MHz
D => 6.0 MHz
E => 5.0 MHz
F => 3.4 MHz
H => 2.5 MHz
I => 2.0 MHzx
J => 1.5 MHz
K => 1.0 MHz
L => 0.5 MHz
Select bandwidth from table: ?    <===

Select gain mode.
0 - Linearity
1 - Sensitivity
?  <===

Enter xtal error in ppb =>  ?   <===

Use real data at 5000000 Hz (Y/N): ?   <===

Do somebody know which of these 5 options are the ones needed?

And some additional explanation of what they are would be great.
