Suppress terminal window?

When I launch Linrad (05.02), a "terminal windows" appears first, before the GIU.  Is there a way to suppress it?

Just minimize it, underscore in the upper right corner or place the
main window on top of it.

Yes of course.  I am launching four instances of Linrad in a batch file; I wondered of the windows could be prevented from appearing in the first place.
