Hi,

I am using Linux Mint 20 64bit AMD/Intel. I have updated the software

When I attempt to compile 04.14a via make linrad64 I get the following
error:

lsetad.c:5957:27: error: ‘%s’ directive writing up to 255 bytes into a
region of size 245 [-Werror=format-overflow=]
 5957 |     sprintf(s,"Soundcard =%s",alsa_dev_soundcard_name);

Is there a fix or work-around?

Any help appreciated,

Rod KM6SN

Hi Rod,

compilers get smarter all the time. I have set Linrad to
fail on warnings. Use this command to get the latest from the repo:
svn checkout https://svn.code.sf.net/p/linrad/code/trunk linrad_latest

This will create the subdir linrad_latest.

Please report if there is still a problem.
