Error Using with UnitTest

After i added embeddale LinqBridge.cs to my project all is working
fine ... except i just can't build a test project now:
C:\Program Files\MSBuild\Microsoft\VisualStudio\v9.0\TeamTest
\Microsoft.TeamTest.targets(14,5): error : Access is denied:
'System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable`1[System.Linq.IGrouping`2[TKey,TElement]]'.
fine ... except i just can't build a test project now:
