OTP issue with FreeRADIUS Server

My FreeRADIUS is configured with an AWS managed AD. And the server is accepting any MFA code that is provided blindly. It is accepting even with 000000. Please, let me know if any solution that can help me out.

When we tried to increase the maximum token number by more than 1.  Then onwards, we got this issue.

We appreciate the effort made to provide us with the report, but unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce the problem with the details provided. To further investigate, could you please perform an additional authentication on the /auth/index page (https://linotp_server/auth/index)? If the issue persists on this page, it is likely due to an issue with your configuration of LinOTP. However, if the test page responds correctly, the error may be related to the RADIUS environment (where freeradius passes the authentication requests to LinOTP via https://localhost/).
