I have recently setup LinOTP on Ubuntu 14.04 and everything appears to be working fine as in I can enroll OAUTH tokens by scanning the QR code and test successfully via the https://servername/validate/check?user=USERNAME&pass=PINOTP interface.

However, I would like to use the QR tokens provided by the KeyIdentity Authenticator iOS app but not having much luck?

The following authentication policy is the only one that is set:

qrtoken_pairing_callback_url=https://servername/validate/pair, qrtoken_challenge_callback_url=https://servername/validate/check_t, support_offline=qr

When scanning the QR code I just get the "A problem has occurred. Please check your internet connection and try again" error message.

I have checked that the URL's are accessible from the device attempting to pair and have also installed self signed cert as a trusted root cert to rule out any issues there but i'm now at a loss.

I'm obviously missing something? Can the KeyIdentity QR and Push tokens only be used on enterprise licenced setups?

I have the same question. Any one? Can the KeyIdentity QR and Push tokens only be used on enterprise licenced setups?
