Which version of ROS to use for my hardware?

I have a raspberry PI 3, orange pc, arduino mega and a kinect sensor v1.
I would like to use the robot externally.
Do you recommend using ROS1 or ROS2?
I know ROS1 a little.

rasp pi3 not enough for ROS2
