SoI just bought my PC at December 2021, everytime I play minecraft with shaders I just get roughly between 20-30 fps, when I play other games such as MW 2019 and GTA V I get an average of 153 and 60 fps respectively.

If you want to improve the look of Minecraft Bedrock without changing too much, try Newb Shader. Newb X Legacy Shader (1.21, 1.20) is a lightweight shader that keeps the vanilla style. Newb X Legacy is a ported version of RenderDragon. It works on Windows and Android devices with Minecraft 1.20.
