FILTER and quote in a sparql request

The line

FILTER (lang(?label ) = "" || lang(?label ) = "fr") 

seems to be ill formed after sending it via LinkedWiki

and the call is in error

Message and analyse seems to point onto the " in the request

complete request without prefixes is

SELECT ?label WHERE {

  ?s rdfs:subClassOf scol:EducationalLevel .

  ?s rdfs:label ?label .

  FILTER (lang(?label ) = "" || lang(?label ) = "fr") 

}

LIMIT 250

Mediawiki dont like the pipe. You can maybe to replace pipe by OR.

OR is not in sparql.

You can also create this template in your wiki and replace double pipe by
