LinkedWiki 2.0.0 with local endpoint ?

Hi,

 

First thank you, this extension is amazing and will be very helpful to me. However I have a couple of questions:

- Is it still possible with version 2.0.0 to use a local endpoint ?

- If yes, how should it be configured in LocalSettings.php ?

- Where can we set proxy settings to use external endpoints ?

In theory, yes but a bug is possible.

For the moment no... 

2 possibility to use a local endpoint : 

1- write your endpoint in each call {{#sparql:select * where { ?x ?y ?z . } LIMIT 5 |endpoint=http://localhost/sparql}}

2- wait tomorrow if you want... and I will code a variable in the LocalSettings to use a endpoint by default (for the moment is http://dbpedia.org/sparql in the code)

 

- Where can we set proxy settings to use external endpoints ?

you can wait also ... I will add these variables this night.

I added parameters for a proxy and for a default endpoint.

You can download  the version "master" and re-read the installation in the doc

Hey there,

i am experiencing a couple of problems with this extension. 

1) First of all, seems to be working fine with dbpedia ONLY when i activate the "XML" checkbox in the sparql editor, otherwhise nothing is shown. 

This is really bad when you want to make another page in the wiki query some info (you know with the  {{#sparql:select *...) because it shows nothing, as there is no info on how to do a query with XML format return.

2) Endpoint change is not working for me. No matter what i put in the LocalSettings.php:

$wgLinkedWikiConfigDefaultEndpoint="http://dbpedia.org/sparql"; //Default endpoint

that DBpedia is the only place my sparql editor will look info at.

Additional info: I am using RDFIO as another extension to provide for me a local endpoint, do not know if that has an influence.

What i am going to try now if to make another clear install of SMW, using virtuoso to provide me a local endpoint and trying to set it as default. Will inform back, but RDFIO should not be the responsible for that, right?
