He has helped hundreds of clients permanently reclaim their health and get and stay in shape using his company's unique training and nutrition system. Famed for pulling a school bus across Dundas Square to raise money for the Toronto District School Board's breakfast programs, Conor has been featured as a fitness expert in Viva and Forever Young magazines, the Toronto SUN and as a guest on CTV's Canada AM program.

Directions and parking information 

North York Civic Centre, 
Council Chambers, 
5100 Yonge Street. 

Parking Information: 

1.) Empress & Yonge - 5095 Yonge Street - Loblaws Parking. $6 flat rate after 6 p.m. 

2.) Municipal Parking on Beecroft Rd (Parallel to Yonge St. on the west side), approximately $5 flat rate. 

3.) North York Centre Subway for people taking the subway (one stop south of Finch), property literally attached to the 5100 Yonge St. 

4.) Free parking approx. 5 minutes walking distance from residential areas.
