White-Elephant configrutaion

Hi All,

Happy New Year.

I am having problems in configuring WE in a 7 node cluster. Did any one had a successful configuration and used WE ..??
Is there any doc which explains the complete steps to configure WE with out any problems..?? I have gone thru the Blog post but still I am not able to get it configured correctly.

THe error what I am seeing at the end of configuration is
