[Quesion] Applying LOS technology

Hello. My name is Myungjin Lee, and I work in Yonsei University,
Korea.

Now-a-days, the Korean Government is interested in sharing the public
information and resources like the data.gov. So I am working on this
project and try to propose an idea to open and share the information
and services based on LOS.

For this one, can you give any advice related to necessary components
or architecture to apply LOS technology?
And do you have any reference? I have read all of the papers related
to LOS and LIDS.
Other question is how to integrate regacy XML Web Services on LOS.

There's quite a difference architecturally from the extension of
services to which you have access and control to provide RDF interfaces,
and the provision of wrappers to services that are outside your direct
control.

Would I be right in assuming that you're talking about the latter case?
(That the existing services cannot be extended, but must be wrapped in
order to take advantage of interlinkage and semantic description?)
