Almost all of my original motivations for working on Linked (Open) Services are encompassed in this new working group at the W3C:

Although my own activity has changed in the last year, working for Ontotext as a Solutions Architect, first within the OWLIM database team, now across the company groups, I will take a keen interest and wish Erik and the others the best of luck with this endeavour. I hope that those in the Linked Services / APIs will support and participate this group and look forward to discussing this with those of you who will be in Crete.
